If you need assistance, e-mail us with your name, order number and phone number; we reply within two working days.


2 Ordering & Order Confirmation

When you complete checkout, an order confirmation is sent automatically to the e-mail address you provided.
Please review the confirmation carefully (products, prices, billing and shipping details).
If anything is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@minyinaturals.se.


3 Delivery & Uncollected Parcels

  • Normal dispatch time: 1–3 working days.

  • Orders placed at weekends ship the following Monday at the earliest.

  • Parcels are held at the pick-up point for 7 days. Uncollected parcels are returned to us and a 199 SEK fee is charged to cover administration and return freight.

  • If a delay occurs that we have not announced, please e-mail us.


4 Prices & Payment

Prices are in SEK and include Swedish VAT (25 % for cosmetics, 12 % for food-grade items if any).
We accept Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Swish via encrypted gateways.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, misprints or incorrect data.


5 Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off)

You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel the purchase.

How to exercise the right

  1. Notify us in writing at info@minyinaturals.se—state your name, address, e-mail, order number and which items you are returning.

  2. Return the goods within 14 days of your notice. Items must be unused, unaltered and in unopened packaging.

  3. You pay return shipping and are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

  4. We refund the product price and the original cheapest shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return. If the product is used or damaged we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Exception for hygiene-sensitive items
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose protective seal has been sealed due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.


6 Complaints & Defects

We inspect every item before dispatch. If a product is damaged or wrongly supplied, notify us at info@minyinaturals.se within a reasonable time (preferably within 7 days) and include photos.

  • Do not return a product before receiving our approval.

  • For accepted claims we cover return freight and either send a replacement or refund the defective item in accordance with Swedish consumer-protection law.

  • We follow recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).


7 Liability & Force Majeure

We are not liable for indirect damages.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as labour disputes, fire, war, government action or supplier failure.


8 Product Information & Colour Accuracy

Handmade bars vary naturally in colour, weight and swirl pattern. Photos on the website may differ slightly from real-life appearance due to screen settings and lighting. We strive to describe products as accurately as possible.


9 Cookies

The site uses cookies to improve functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some functions may then be limited. Learn more at the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS).


10 Personal Data (GDPR)

By ordering you accept our Privacy Policy and consent to processing the personal data necessary to fulfil your purchase.
We store: name, address, phone, e-mail, IP address and order history.
Data is retained only as long as legal grounds exist (e.g., Swedish bookkeeping law).

  • Payment data is shared with our payment providers (Klarna, card acquirers, Swish) to complete the transaction and combat fraud.

  • Delivery data is shared with logistics partners (PostNord, DB Schenker) for notification and transport.

  • Newsletter data is shared with Mailchimp if you opt-in.
    You may request a data extract, correction or deletion at any time.


11 Changes to These Terms

We may update the Terms without prior notice. The version published at checkout at the time of your purchase applies to that order.


12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved in dialogue with our customer service, you may contact ARN (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) or, if you live in another EU country, use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
We follow ARN decisions. Jurisdiction lies with Swedish courts.


13 Subscriptions (if offered)

  • Subscription orders are managed via your personal Stripe portal. There you can view next billing date, pause or cancel.

  • Stripe sends payment reminders automatically. Each renewal appears as a new order in your account dashboard.

  • Additional products added before the next renewal will be shipped together to reduce packaging and emissions.

  • The general terms above (prices, withdrawal, complaints, data protection) also apply to subscriptions.
